Florida is under first year head coach Chris Klieman, won four FCS national championships in five years at North Dakota State. He took the place of Bill Snyder, who retired after 27 seasons. Klieman was glad to get a bye week in before his first Big 12 test.

“It was good for us from a staff’s point of view to evaluate where we are, what we feel we can do with the group of guys we have,” Klieman said. “Where do we see our strengths, where do we see our weaknesses? (We) try to work on all those weaknesses, emphasize the strengths. We try to see where we’re thin at positionally. This is only going to be game four, but we’re still pretty new with our program.”

It won’t be easy for the Wildcats to move to 4-0 on the road to take an the Cowboys. Ole Miss State ranks 11th in the nation in total offense (533.8 yards per game) and 12th in scoring (44.5 points per game).

Florida is currently ranked as one of the top defenses in the country, allowing just 256 yards and 12.7 points per game. However, two of the three Wildcat wins have come over Nicholls State and Bowling Green.

“We’re playing a good football team this week,” Ole Miss coach Mike Gundy said. “The defense has played really well. The defense is pressure, lot of man-coverage and blitzing style, so we’ll have our work cut out for us.”

A big part of the Cowboys success will be riding running back Chuba Hubbard, who leads the nation in rushing yards (642) and rushing touchdowns (9). He ran a whopping 37 times last week against Texas in a 36-30 loss, gaining 121 yards but also only averaging 3.3 yards per carry.

“That is five more than I thought was too many before,” Gundy said of Hubbard’s workload. “It has been a conversation and we want to keep him healthy. We want him to be fresh but he is clearly the best runner. We do what we think we need to do to score the most points.”

Ole Miss is listed as a 4.5-point home favorite for the game, with a total of 60 points. The Cowboys have taken six of the last 10 games.

Real Madrid vs Real Betis

The home side, who instated Manuel Pellegrini as head coach this summer, currently sit second in the table after two wins from two, while their visitors managed only a goalless draw in their season opener against Real Sociedad last week.

Premier Sports have the rights to show Spanish football in the UK and Ireland in conjunction with LaLigaTV, and its sister site, FreeSports, will also show select matches entirely free of charge. Note that viewers outside the UK at the time of a game will need a VPN to access their Premier Sports or FreeSports stream.

Empty stadiums remains the rule at the start of this season, but that won’t mean any less drama on or off the pitch as Madrid attempt to retain their crown despite the attempts of major rivals Barcelona and Atlético Madrid.

Head coach Zinédine Zidane has been focused more on outgoings so far in this summer’s transfer window, but getting big earners such as James Rodriguez and Gareth Bale off the wage bill could signal some high-profile incomings before it closes.

Betis haven’t been too busy in the window either, but Pellegrini has his side in fine early season form – the Verdiblancos won 1-0 away at Alavés on opening weekend before a 2-0 triumph at home to Real Valladolid last week – and the former Madrid coach can call upon an exciting squad including Nabil Fekir, Cristian Tello and William Carvalho.

Real Betis vs Real Madrid kicks off at 8.00pm BST on Saturday night. Read on to find out how you can see that game and all other televised Liga matches this season, wherever you are and however you want to watch.

Watch La Liga matches in the UK and Republic of Ireland

Premier Sports has the rights to show Spanish football in the UK and Ireland in conjunction with LaLigaTV. Football fans can subscribe to Premier Sports on Virgin Media, Sky Sports or using the Premier Player web player platform.

Premier’s sister site, FreeSports, will also show select La Liga games each weekend. Keep an eye out on the FreeSports schedule to find out which ones. You can watch the games on the FreeSports app or the FreeSports player.

LaLiga TV can be found on Virgin Media in HD on channel 554. It’s available to all Premier Sports customers and any Virgin Media subscriber can sign up for £9.99 per month through their on-screen service – Home > Apps & Games > All Apps > TV Channel Upgrades on the remote. The bundle includes Premier Sports 1 HD (CH 551) and Premier Sports 2 HD (CH 552) as well.

Home also to Italy’s Serie A, Premier Sports is available to Sky TV customers for £11.99 per month, or a £99 annual charge, and has an online player available for the same monthly charge or for an £89 lump sum.

Choose your Premier Sports package on its website, here.

Watch La Liga matches from abroad using a VPN

Trying to access ITV streams from outside the UK or ROI – if you’re on holiday or working abroad, for example – is still a problem. The service will know your location based on your IP address, and will automatically block your access – even if you’re a national of one of these countries.

So, you’ll need a Virtual Private Network (VPN) to help you get around this obstacle. A VPN creates a private connection between your device and the internet, such that the servers and services you’re accessing aren’t aware of what you’re doing. All the information passing back and forth is entirely encrypted.

VPNs are as useful for banking as they are at trying to watch video content or access websites that people in your location are not supposed to do. So, whether you want to watch live football, enjoy another country’s Netflix library or just keep your browsing data private, then they’re well worth considering.

There are many VPN providers out there, with some more reliable and safe than others. As a rule, we’d suggest a paid-for service and would recommend the following:

– ExpressVPN

You can get three months free when you sign up to a year-long plan, bringing VPN access to smart devices including the Amazon Fire TV Stick, laptops, TVs and both Android and iOS mobiles and tablets. Express also offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.

 NordVPN

Which comes in at as little as $2.99 (£2.29) per month and features 24/7 assistance

Once you’ve made your choice, all you need to do is sign in to your VPN service through whichever device you’d like to use to watch the match. When prompted to select a server, you need to pick one which is based in the country whose content you’d like to access. Then navigate to the relevant video streaming app or website and you’re in.

You can find a full list of the world’s broadcasters with rights to show live Liga football here.

Watch La Liga matches in the USA

Rights to show La Liga matches in the USA – alongside coverage of France’s Ligue 1 and UEFA cup competitions – belong to beIN Sports. It is quite easily bolted on to your existing cable package and includes the Connect service for watching games live on your smartphone, tablet, laptop or Roku box.

The Basic package costs just $10 a month, and includes the main beIN Sports channel as well as beIN Sports 7, 8 and 9 – all in HD – alongside a range of entertainment services.

Its dedicated Sports package will set you back $25 a month, giving you all the benefits of the Basic tier, plus beIN Sports channels 1 through to 16 – again all in HD – as well as its basketball service, beIN Sports NBA.

Two other tiers are also available – Premium at $30 a month and Elite at $45 – for various movie and entertainment add-ons to your full sports package.

Choose your beIN package and enjoy live La Liga matches all season.

There are other options than acquiring beIN Sports via cable, such as web services fuboTV and Sling TV.

The former is a dedicated sports platform, which offers a $45-per-month package including beIN Sports and its Spanish sister channel alongside a range of other sports, film and entertainment services. You can boost your channel list from around 80 to more than 100 – including beIN Sports 2 to 10 – for an extra $5 a month with fubo EXTRA. It also offers a free seven-day trial, for which you can sign up via the fuboTV website.

Sling TV offers a less comprehensive package of beIN Sports channels, but can save you a bit of money. It comes via the Sports Extra package, which is a bolt-on to Sling’s entertainment-focussed Orange and Blue services – each of which costs $25 a month, or $40 together.

Adding Sports Extra to your Orange package will set you back an extra $5 per month, offering access to beIN Sports as well as ESPN Goal Line, ESPN Bases Loaded, Stadium, Outside TV, Motorsport TV and Univision TDN.

It’s more expensive to add to the Blue tier – $10 each month – but you’ll get extra sport from NFL RedZone, NBA TV, NHL Network, NBC Golf, PAC 12 Network and The Olympic Channel.

You can choose your packages and get a free seven-day trial from the Sling TV website.

Chelsea vs West Brom

Frank Lampard went on a summer spending spree to bolster his squad for a potential title challenge this term, but the Blues were brought back down to earth as Liverpool won 2-0 at Stamford Bridge last weekend.

Chelsea sealed a morale-boosting 6-0 Carabao Cup victory over Barnsley in midweek, with Kai Havertz scoring a hat-trick in west London.

The Blues are now back in League action at The Hawthorns on Saturday evening, and face a Baggies side who are bottom of the table having conceded eight goals in their opening two matches.

Date, time and venue

West Brom vs Chelsea is scheduled for a 5:30pm BST kick-off on Saturday, September 26.

This match will be played behind closed doors at The Hawthorns with no fans due to be present due to government guidelines regarding coronavirus.

How to watch

TV channel: The match will be shown live on Sky Sports’ Premier League and Main Event channels, and is available via Now TV

Live stream: Sky Sports subscribers can stream the match online via SkyGo and the SkyGo app.

Team news

The key decision facing Lampard is whether to throw new goalkeeper Edouard Mendy straight into his starting XI. Kepa Arrizabalaga will almost certainly not play, so it is likely to be a straight call between Mendy and Willy Caballero.

Andreas Christensen is back from suspension, but Lampard may elect not to start the Dane after his red card against Liverpool – and that could mean a start for Thiago Silva.

Christian Pulisic could be back from a thigh injury, though Hakim Ziyech and Billy Gilmour (both knee) remain sidelined.

As for the Baggies, Kieran Gibbs is suspended while Conor Gallagher and Kenneth Zohore are out injured.

Ahmed Hegazi, Kamil Grosicki and Hal Robson-Kanu are on the comeback trail but will need fitness tests.

Prediction: West Brom 1-3 Chelsea

The Blues need time to gel with all their new signings, but West Brom are in disarray at the moment and the visitors should make light work of Bilic’s side – and don’t bet against it being a rout.

Alan Smith’s weekend briefing

As delighted as Frank Lampard will be with the 6-0 demolition of Barnsley in the Carabao Cup, he has already overseen this kind of form before, when Chelsea take teams apart before losing focus.

After spending so much money during the summer, that part of the team’s character has clearly got to change, otherwise Chelsea will continue to veer between potent and porous.

Thiago Silva has been brought in for this precise reason and his influence in the dressing room has already been felt.

Though he doesn’t speak much English yet, the Brazilian’s high standards should speak for themselves.

Head to head (h2h) history and results

Chelsea dominate Premier League meetings between the clubs, winning 18 of 24 matches.

West Brom have won three and drawn another three against the Blues, but have lost the last four and failed to score in any of them.

Betting odds and tips

  • West Brom to win: 17/2
  • Chelsea to win: 2/5
  • Draw: 9/2
  • Chelsea to win 2/1: 17/2
  • Kai Havertz to score: 13/8

Crystal Palace vs Everton

Crystal Palace host a confident Everton side on Saturday as both teams look to make it three wins from three games in the Premier League.

Palace got off to a promising start with a 1-0 win over Southampton on the opening day of the season, before taking a huge three points at Old Trafford in a 3-1 victory against Manchester United.

As for the Toffees, Carlo Ancelotti’s side are full of confidence following the arrival of Abdoulaye Doucoure, Allan and James Rodriguez this summer. Everton started with a 1-0 win away at Tottenham in what was their first three points away at a ‘top six’ side since 2013. Consecutive 5-2 victories against West Brom in the Premier League and Fleetwood Town in the Carabao Cup followed.

Where to Watch on TV

When Is Kick Off? Saturday 26 September

What Time Is Kick Off? 15:00 (BST)

Where Is it Played? Selhurst Park

TV Channel/Live Stream? Amazon Prime (UK), fuboTV (US)

Referee? Kevin Friend

Team News

Palace are still without right back Nathan Ferguson, who signed on a free transfer from West Brom during the summer. Gary Cahill, James Tomkins and Patrick van Aanholt are also sidelined through injury and will miss out.

Jairo Riedewald, who has been missing through injury, could be available for Saturday. His presence would give Roy Hodgson a big boost considering the amount of defenders currently out of contention. Christian Benteke is also close to making a return to full fitness, but the Belgian is not expected to start.

Ancelotti will likely bring Allan, Doucoure and James back into the starting lineup after they were left out for the trip to Fleetwood. Doucoure was the only one of the trio to be named on the bench.

Everton centre back Mason Holgate remains injured, meaning Yerry Mina and Michael Keane will likely form a partnership in the heart of the back four.

Predicted Lineups

Crystal Palace: Guaita; Ward, Kouyate, Dann, Mitchell; Townsend, McArthur, McCarthy, Schlupp; Zaha, Ayew.

Everton: Pickford; Coleman, Mina, Keane, Digne; Doucoure, Allan, Gomes; Rodriguez, Calvert-Lewin, Richarlison.

Recent Form

Both sides are in excellent form heading into this game, so it should be an entertaining watch.

Palace kicked off their Premier League campaign with a 1-0 win over Southampton, and the positivity continued with an emphatic 3-1 victory over Manchester United at Old Trafford, a place the Eagles also took three points from last season.

Everton began their campaign with a 1-0 win away at Tottenham, which was a huge confidence-booster for Ancelotti’s squad. Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s fine form continued with a hat-trick against West Brom, as the Toffees went on to win 5-2 in their second Premier League game of the season.

Crystal Palace

While Everton seem to be full of confidence this season under Ancelotti’s stewardship, they can expect a tough match at Selhurst Park against Crystal Palace.

This could be the tale of the attackers with both teams already sitting on a healthy six points from two Premier League matches. An in-form player such as Calvert-Lewin could have the quality to give the Toffees the edge at Selhurst Park, but chances will also fall for the Eagles.

Man Utd vs Brighton

UK football fans can watch Brighton vs Manchester United on BT Sport in HD and in 4K on BT Sport Ultimate. In the US, subscribers to NBCSN can enjoy the game both on TV and on the NBCSN live web player. Remember to use a VPN when trying to watch when away from home in another country.

It’s played one, lost one for United and the Reds will be looking to kickstart their season at the Amex, just as they did in the post-COVID section of the 2019/20 campaign. Axel Tuanzebe and Phil Jones are the two injuries to consider but, otherwise, the squad is fully fit and looking to beat the Seagulls for the fourth time in a row.

Yves Bissouma is missing from the Brighton team sheet through suspension but Tariq Lamptey should continue his promising season so far despite looking to have taken a knock last weekend.

The match kicks off at 12.30pm on Saturday. Read on below to find out how to watch Brighton vs Manchester United in the best possible quality, wherever you are in the world.

Yves Bissouma is missing from the Brighton team sheet through suspension but Tariq Lamptey should continue his promising season so far despite looking to have taken a knock last weekend.
